Program Registration Step 1

To participate, all companies begin by submitting a registration form. All companies will pay a non-refundable registration fee of $375* at time of registration submission. 

Registration Deadline: July 14, 2017 (Your registration is not complete until the $375* registration fee is paid)

Once the registration information is received by Best Companies Group, each company will receive a confirmation email which will include additional instructions. If your company needs to use our paper employee survey process, there are fees to cover printing, shipping and processing of the surveys. The paper fee is based upon the size of the company. If you opt for the paper process, your company will be billed separately from the $375* registration fee all companies will pay at registration.

Survey fees (In addition to the required, non-refundable $375* registration fee): Survey fees differ and are determined based upon the size of the companies and whether or not you are eligible for or opt for the online process or if you need to use our traditional paper surveys. Paper fees will be invoiced separately after the company registration is received. Not sure if you are eligible for the online process? (1) A nominal non-refundable paper fee to cover the cost of printing, processing and shipping the paper surveys. (2) To ensure the credibility of the information, companies with 15-24 employees must have an 80% (or better) response rate to be considered for the list. (3) Employees are randomly selected. Best Companies Group offers the option to survey more employees than the random sample calculated in the above chart, and/or include additional employees in the survey process who work in locations outside of the program area. As part of your participation, you will receive the Employer Benchmark Summary.  The Employer Benchmark Summary offers a sample of company averages on standard employee benefits and best practices-- for both list-making and non list-making companies.  This is a great tool to help benchmark some of the most common benefits offered compared to those of your company.

Added Value: Upon completion of the assessment process, all participating companies have the opportunity to purchase the results of the employee survey in the form of the Employee Feedback Report.
